Terms and Conditions
In this section, you will find the general terms and conditions of Palm Suites, designed to ensure a clear and hassle-free stay. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully, as they cover important aspects for your comfort.
Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards.
The standard check-in time is from 4 p.m. If you wish to check in early, this will be subject to availability and an additional charge.
Check-out is before 12:00 noon.
The standard check-out time is 12 noon. If you wish to check out later, this will be subject to availability and an additional charge.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Smoking inside the room will incur a penalty equal to the cost of the following night's stay to cover cleaning charges.
Pets are not allowed.
To ensure the comfort and peace of mind of all our guests, pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of people travelling with guide dogs.
Hours of silence
Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests by avoiding excessive noise. Parties and private events are not permitted on the property premises.
Non-transferable reservation
The reservation made is personal and non-transferable. It may not be transferred or modified in favour of another person without the prior authorisation of the establishment.
Responsibility for misuse of the room
Any misuse or damage to the room will be charged to the guest's account.
Responsibility for personal belongings
Palm Suites is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the guest's stay.
Payment Policy
To guarantee the reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. This card will be used exclusively to apply our cancellation policy. Full payment for the stay will be made at check-in and can be made by cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable rate
Requires 100% advance payment of the booking amount. Secure online payment.
This rate is non-refundable. Upon receiving the reservation, Palm Suites will charge your card for the total amount of the reservation. Once payment has been made, it will not be possible to modify the reservation or request a refund, even if the guest does not show up or decides to leave the property earlier than planned.
Flexible rate
Payment is made on the day of check-in. A credit/debit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to the credit/debit card provided. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
The property reserves the right to expel guests in the event of inappropriate behaviour, conduct that jeopardises safety or health, or for any other reason related to the well-being of other guests and/or employees. This measure will be applied especially if guests do not follow the instructions provided by staff, display discriminatory attitudes, harass or cause inconvenience to other guests and/or members of the establishment's team. In this case, no refund will be made, either for services already enjoyed or for those that remain unused.
